The mini-movie is named 'The Dancing Pokemon Secret Base,' and primarily focuses upon Pikachu and Meowth. The main feature is 'Wishing Star of Seven Nights.' Its events take place over the seven day period when a comet, that only passes by once every thousand years, appears over Earth, and involves the Pokemon Abusoru (Absol).
This movie was a straight to DVD release in most non-Asian countries. For the first time, the Japanese ending theme was used in the English version, although a few English verses were added. However, on the North American and European DVD release, there is a music video of the Japanese ending theme.
