Rocketshipping is probably the second most popular ship in 'Pokemon'.  Rocketshippers believe that Jessie and James are madly in love with each other, and from looking at the proof, it seems that they are dead right.

Jessie : Oh well...I guess James chose to hang up his Team Rocket costume...
Meowth : Guess all dat money and luxury was just too temptin' for James ta give up.
Jessie : (sighs depressively) I guess you're right.
James : (appears from above in the Meowth balloon) Prepared for trouble?
Meowth:  Hey, it's him!
Jessie : James! (smiles) Make it double!

Jessie : Guess we're not going to get rich this time, either.
James : Guess not. They wouldn't give me the inheritance.
Jessie: Oh, there's always next time. We may not make a lot of money... but we sure have got our freedom!
James: Yeah. Double trouble time, right? (holds out his hand)
Jessie: (takes his hand) Sounds great to me, James!

Meowth: (still on the ground, running after the balloon) Hey wait! You forgot Meowth again!

The Manga

Ono seems to be a Rocketshipper.  At the end of the Manga ('Surf's Up, Pikachu', 'Epilogue: Wild Type'), James and Jessie befriend Ash and Misty, quit Team Rocket and confess their love for one another.  They then marry, and, as you can see from the scan, are well on their way to becoming parents.
