Character Profile
In the Japanese version of the epsiode 'Snow Way Out', the
flashback scenes were of Jessie with one of the people who looked
after her while her mother was away, not Miyamoto.
Miyamoto, like her daughter, was a member of the notorious illegal
organization, Team Rocket, and for a time was one of their best
agents. Madame Boss considered her the ideal image of a Team
Rocket member.
She had some of the rarest and strongest Pokémon known,
but still often did not have enough money to feed her and her young
daughter. They sometimes pretended snow was food by pouring
soy sauce over it. Miyamoto loved her daughter dearly and
would do anything to provide for her Musashi/Jessie. She wanted
her to have the things that a normal girl did, for instance good
food, nice clothing, an education, and a beautiful wedding dress
when she was older. She always kept a small photograph of
her daughter with her.
She discovered the first piece of evidence of Mew, recording it's
cry on a tape recorder. She was also the commander of the
dangerous mission to the Andes in South America, to locate a piece
of Mew D.N.A. Sadly, when exploring the mountains, she and
her team were caught in an avalanche, and never heard from again.
Musashi/Jessie was only about nine years old.
